Abstrakt
This paper analyses a rather poorly governed and narrowly administered Czech state response to COVID-19 at workplaces. The Czech Republic depleted its financial sources in order to maintain full-scale quarantine measures, but the spared time was not used properly.
Face masks proved to be ineffective and the first effective measures ordering all employees to be tested were set forth around one year after the outbreak.
