An atypical case of dyspareunia in a 27-year-old patient

Abstract

A 27-year-old patient was sent to a tertiary center for dyspareunia. The patient was nulligravida diagnosed with reclining narrow pelvis and hip dysplasia.

The patient reported pain during penetration or that penetration during sexual intercourse was impossible.
