Through victories to failure? Asymmetric war on drugs in Mexico and the U.S.

Abstract

The article presents an analysis of the asymmetric 'war on drugs' waged by both the United states and Mexico. It provides new insights by incorporating both the long-term perspective as well as the underlying asymmetry between the U.S. and Mexico into the analytical framework.
