We would like to thank the authors of the Letter to the Editor for their comments and opinions regarding our article "The Influence of Low- and High-Negative-Pressure Liposuction and Different Harvesting Sites on the Viability and Yield of Adipocytes and Other Nucleated Cells". We are pleased that our article arouses the interest of readers and we gladly provide comments regarding the authors' opinions.

The authors suggested extension of methods used in our research which could provide additional information concerning the influence of negative pressure and/or of harvesting site on the quality of harvested lipoaspirate and on the subsequent fat graft survival.
