Abstract
The article deals with the admissibility of an appeal against a judgment by which a bill of exchange payment order was in force, which imposed on the defendant the obligation to pay a negligible amount. In addition to the substantive decision-making, the High Court in Prague also addressed this issue of interpretation in its recent decision in a resolution of 29 April 2021, File no. 12 Cmo 83 / 2021-67.
