Briefly on the assignment of tasks to the Security Information Service by the President of the Republic

Abstract

The article responds to the President of the Republic's request last year that the Security Information Service provide him with a list of people being monitored as agents of Russian intelligence services. It analyses the legal regulation in the light of the Constitutional Law on Security, the circumstances of its creation and related laws.

It concludes that the President of the Republic is not entitled to this type of information.
