Abstract
This was the final conference of pilot teams involved in the implementation of the project Support for Palliative Care - Increasing the Availability of Health Services in the Field of Palliative Care in Acute and Aftercare Hospitals. The project is funded by the ESF and its solver is the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic.
