Abstract
The course was prepared and organized by the Czech Society of Palliative Medicine. It is intended for representatives of pilot teams involved in the project Support for Palliative Care - Increasing the Availability of Health Services in the Field of Palliative Care in Acute and Aftercare Hospitals.
This project is implemented by the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic and is financed with the ESF.
