The responsibility of the President of the Republic for conduct which is not the performance of his duties

Abstract

The article deals with the somewhat neglected constitutional-legal issue of the responsibility of the President of the Czech Republic for his activities, which cannot be subsumed under the performance of the function of the head of state.
