Current development of legislation on the provision of compensation for damage caused by selected (especially protected) animals in the Czech Republic

Abstract

The article deals with the current approach to the provision of compensation for damage caused by specially protected animals, in which case the right to protection of property conflicts with the public interest in environmental protection.
