Parent as a model child screen use

Abstract

There are two ways how to parent can influence behavior of their child in area of digital media. First one is when parent shares his experiences, help with use of digital media, make boundaries and restrictions (parental mediation).

Second is how to parent uses screens by himself (technoference), in this case he is an example for his child. Both ways and other measures (age, gender, socioeconomis status etc...) play a main role in influence the child screen use.
