Abstract

Aims: The case exploratory study monitors the relationship of teachers to the curriculum and compares it with the projected curriculum. It analyzes the educational style of 6 teachers.

Methods: Observation, semi-structured interview with teachers. Data comparing the relationship of teachers to the projected curriculum with the projected curriculum.

Conclusion: Teacher's educational style is identical with the program. According to teachers, the school parliament develops the ability to listen empathetically and express its opinions democratically and organize a space for democratic dialogue.
