Abstract
A conference paper on Czechoslovak spiritualistic movement from the turn of the 19th and 20th century, focused on the images of man as conceived in spiritualism, addressed from the perspective of philosophical anthropology. The primary source material used is the most spread spiritualistic journal of the time - Messenger from Beyond the Grave.
