Liability of the state for damages caused by crisis legislation i.a. from the point of view of expert witness activities

Abstract

The presentation was devoted to the issue of civil (or mixed public-private) liability of the state for damage caused by illegal crisis measures, both in terms of substantive conditions for the right to compensation and in terms of the process of proving with the help of expert witnesses.
