Attitudes of Czech students to science and teaching methods used in scientific subjects - analysis of data obtained under the PISA 2015 survey

Abstract

The paper presents chosen results of the data analysis of the PISA 2015 survey. The main focus is given to questions related to attitudes of Czech students to science and teaching methods used in scientific subjects.

The development of responses was monitored at questions that were part of previous PISA 2006 survey. The analysis also includes a comparison of the responses of Czech pupils with the responses of pupils from Estonia in a few chosen questions.
