Abstrakt
The contribution presents the literature search from the first year of my doctoral studies. The aim of the literature search was to determine how physics is taught at upper secondary schools in the Czech Republic, how the Matura examination in physics looks like in the Czech Republic, and to map how the results of physics education are obtained at the end of upper secondary schools in chosen countries.
In order to determine the allocation of physics class hours in secondary schools and a concrete form of the Matura exam in physics, the questionnaire survey was created and is introduced in the paper.
