Abstract

On 24 April 2020, it was published in the Collection of Laws under No. 191/2020 Coll. the Act on Certain Measures to Mitigate the Impact of the SARS CoV-2 Coronavirus Epidemic on Participants, Injury, Victims of Crime and Legal Entities, and on Amendments to the Insolvency Act and the Code of Civil Procedure ("Lex Covid").
