Notification of illegal employment of foreigners - "retaliatory measures" by the state?

Abstract

The lecture addressed the negative effects of notifications of illegal activities of the employer on the position of whistleblowers - foreigners from third countries - not caused by the person who committed the infringement of law, but those that stem from the actions of the state.
