Abstract
The article sums up contemporary knowledge about the multi-period hillfort at Branov and presents new metal finds dating from Ha B3 (an axe), the La Tène period (a belt hook from LT C2-D1, an isolated coin from the time around 100 BC), and two practically identical openwork tongue-shaped belt fittings which were manufactured in the last third of the 8th century AD.
