Abstract

Abstract The paper deals with quality in a children's group (CHG). It informs about the Quality Label Audit (QLA) and brings the results of a research survey conducted in the form of interviewing CHG providers who have successfully undergone QLA.

The main goal was to find out how CHG providers perceive the concept of quality. The partial goals are focused on obtaining feedback on the QLA itself, information on qualifications, further education of caregivers or on the creation of plans for education and care in the CHG.

The results showed that more than half of the respondents perceive caregiver in CHG as key to the quality of their services. More than three quarters rate QLA as useful.

Almost half of the re- spondents do not perceive a significant increase in quality after QLA.
