Abstract
The edition contains correspondence of Ervín Špindler, a journalist, the mayor of the town of Roudnice nad Labem and a Young Czech Party politician. A collection of 140 letters written in the years 1867-1899 are adressed to his wife Marie.
It is an interesting source for researching the private and public life of Czech middle-class family in Austria-Hungary. The book includes an editor's note and study, index of persons.
