Representation of Ambivalent Units in Czech National Corpus (Based on Homonymic Prepositions and Adverbs with Spatial Meaning)

Abstract

The article deals with the way of representation of homonymic spatial adverbs and prepositions (blízko 'close', nedaleko 'not far', uprostřed 'in the middle of', etc.) in the Czech National Corpus. It represents the metods of searching these ambivalent units in the corpus, the principles of their disambiguation, and the accuracy of the corpus output.
