Abstract
Festival of Hope is a virtual international festival, organised by Versopolis. It is a laboratory and a showcase of the most innovative approaches of how literature festivals and other intellectual institutions and enterprises across the continents envisage our common and interdependent future and, with the vessels of literature and creativity, fight back against radical political, social, ecological and economic appropriation of the situation, no matter where one is situated.
The festival was taking place online between January and March 2021 and simultaneously with numerous international partners and contributors (more than 55 international partners), coming together at the Versopolis Review website. In its second edition, the Festival of Hope also payed special attention to the regions of Central and Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, the Balkans and Turkey with a series of roundtables.
