Justice and its perspectives in the present times and in the near future

Abstract

The concept of justice is at least since Hobbes connected to the state - it is the state who creates and enforces justice. In contemporary world the role of the state is changing, and so is justice.

This paper aims to analyze these changes in the contemporary world and sketch on this basis possible perspectives for the nearest future.
