Abstract
The Initiative "Travelers for Interfaith Dialogue" was established as an educational project in the field of world religions and their mutual (fruitful but sober and informed) dialogue. The initiative was launched on the largest czech travel website Hedvabnastezka.cz.
It has a professional-popularizing character. The founder and spiritual father of the initiative is Ondřej Havelka.
The aim of the "Travelers for Interfaith Dialogue" initiative is to contribute to learning about different religions, to cultivate one's own understanding of different religions, to encourage sober tolerance based on one's interest, to remove pink glasses, to draw attention to danger and to cultivate real open-ended dialogue. The means to do so are articles by educated travelers (of various disciplines), whose authentic experiences can significantly complement the religionist literature.
