Abstract
Symposium on Elementary Mathematics Teaching SEMT '21 was held in August 2021 at Charles University in Prague. The conference was organized by Charles University, Faculty of Education and the symposium language was English.
It was the sixteenth such conference and as usual the programme focused on the teaching of Mathematics to children within the age-range 5 to 12 years. The special theme chosen for SEMT '21 was 'Broadening experiences in elementary school mathematics'.
