One of the frequently discussed topics is communication and the language of instruction in mathematics classrooms. In the past, the main focus was paid to the teacher's language.
With the changes in the social and cultural situations in classrooms, more focus on the communication between the teacher and students and also among students. We can say that attention shifts from the language of texts to the language of discourse.
In the workshop, two types of activities supporting the development of pupils' communication skills, "good" questions and specific types of didactical games were dealt with.
