Human action does not exist other than in ordinary activity or a chain of activities. For example, work exist in work activities, study in study activities, communication on communecation activities, etc.
Each of these activities is somehow administered by the psyche. Vít and Milan Hejní call the center entrusted with this administrative authority a mental organ.
