Abstract
The original monograph focuses on selected aspects of learning Russian as a second foreign language in Czech linguistic and educational environment. The book represents a variety of different topics that define the educational process of learning Russian: motivation, activating strategies, the use of ICT during lessons, the relationships between subjects, intercultural communicative competence forming, teaching students with special educational needs, supervision and assessment of students.
