Audiovisual means of teaching Russian as a foreign language

Abstract

The chapter discusses the importance of visual and audiovisual means in teaching Russian as a foreign language. It explains the typology of visual and audiovisual meanss and the possibilities of their use in working with text in the context of developing students' communicative competence.

Attention is paid especially to children's literature texts.
