Abstrakt
The paper focuses on José María Arguedas's essays. It stresses the interrelationship between nature and the social theme in Arguedas's texts, as well as his reflections on the literary expression of the multilayered Andean world.
The conclusion points out the topicality of Arguedas's social-cosmic vision in relation to contemporary ecological thought.
