Abstract

The paper describes the current status of international law in Czech domestic law. It starts with the amendment to the Constitution in 1992, follows with the case law of the Constitutional Court regarding international human rights treaties (the Court elevated them to constitutional status).

Last but not least the paper analyses the status of other international treaties in the national law (including their relationship with the Constitution).
