Abstract
The chapter deals with the purpose of the administration of individual health protection. He also deals with the legislative framework of health care in the Czech Republic and the performance of state administration and local government in relation to health protection.
The chapter defines the key actors in health care. It also includes a description of health care financing and control in the field of health care.
