Abstract
The authors of the article deal with the question of how to contribute to the development of arithmetic skills of students. The article presents some less known properties of the Fibonacci sequence.
The authors show how the Fibonacci sequence can be used in teaching divisibility as well as proof techniques. The article will prove in an accessible form that the Fibonacci sequence is not only divisible but also strongly divisible.
