Abstract

The paper points out the main factors negatively influencing the development and support of talent in organizations. It builds on a previous article on this issue published in ProManager magazine in 2014 and introduces a new concept of talent management based on the theory of Tailor Made Talent Management.

This theory is based on three main factors that an organization must provide for a talented individual - freedom, resources, and feedback. The article also outlines the framework of the methodology for implementing a talent management program according to the concept.
