Abstract
The main topic of the article is the attempt to answer the question of whether the new legislation on building law will help to eliminate shortcomings that are blamed for current legislation from the position of administrative law theory (eg lack of transparency, lack of substantive legislation , insufficient sophistication of simplification and accelerated procedures).
