During the first COVID-19 lockdown in the Czech Republic, the research team investigated the possibilities of in-home art gallery education. The objective was to search for possibilities, in order to overcome isolation and create compassion among students.
We observed the possible forms of communication emerging from the period of isolation. We were interested in what educational models can be designed to meet the creative, critical and art-based learning through art and dialogue when people are isolated from cultural resources? And what is the artist's role in these processes?
