Not only adults but also children and adolescents are exposed to stress. Thus, water procedures are mainly a form of how to relax both mentally and physically and regenerate without great time.

Water practices have positive effects on an individual's health. In children, and not only in them, they can support the immune system and thus positively affect their resistance to cold or temperature changes and thus their resistance to viruses.
