Dedication of historical writings in Přemyslid and early Luxembourg Bohemia

Abstract

The subject of the study is the dedication of Bohemian historical writings of the first two and a half centuries of the existence of Czech historiography. The topic monitors the position and education of authors, recipients of dedication and its forms.

Special attention is paid to the stylization of the dedication and the topoi used.
