Abstract
Foreword to the Czech edition of the handbook Citation of Cartographic Documents. The Geographical library has opted for a revised and supplemented edition of the american cataloging handbook, which originally focused only on the Chicago citation style.
This Czech edition was created as an extended translation and contains examples of citations of cartographic documents (maps, globes, satellite images, profiles, geospatial data, map editions, interactive maps on websites) according to the new standard ISO 690: 2021.
