Abstract
The case report describes the case of a patient with persistent severe refractory eosinophilic non-allergic asthma and recurrent exacerbations. The patient was initially treated with mepolizumab, but despite this therapy, exacerbations occurred.
The patient was therefore switched to benralizumab and asthma is now under full control.
