Abstrakt
The aim of this chapter is to clearly explain the legal framework concerning associations, in particular the relevant provisions of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code, as amended on 9/1/2020 (hereinafter the "Civil Code"), Act No. 90/2012 Coll., on Commercial Companies and Cooperatives (Commercial Corporations Act), as amended on 9/1/2020, and Act No. 304/2013 Coll., on Public Registers of Legal and Natural Persons, as amended on 9/1/2020.
