Maggen et al. evaluated 80 patients diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma during pregnancy. Only 5% of pregnancies were terminated, while all remaining patients received chemotherapy during pregnancy.

R-CHOP, CHOP, and EPOCH were the most-used chemotherapy regimens. Two minor congenital anomalies were found after R-CHOP chemotherapy.

Of all neonates, 44.4% were diagnosed with low birth weight for their gestational age, regardless of whether or not they were exposed to chemotherapy. Additionally, other complications, such as preterm delivery (52%) and obstetric (41%) and neonatal complications (12.5%) were observed
