Abstract
Associate Professor PhDr. František Škvára was an excellent university teacher, student advisor in philosophical, pedagogical, scientific and, above all, human issues.
He was the main initiator of the enforcement of the right to physical education of children and youth with disabilities, especially in the school environment. Since 110 years have passed since his birth in this calendar year, the reason is to remember this noble, wise man not only as the founder of health physical education in our country and a long-term teacher of Charles University FTVS
