Abstract
The article deals with the comparison of the arbitration institute according to the legal order of the Czech Republic and the legal order of Austria. National arbitration without an international element is compared as a whole, thus from the conclusion of the arbitration agreement to the render of the arbitration award and the use of any remedies against it.
The main purpose of the article is to compare and evaluate individual aspects of arbitration in both countries.
