Abstract

Endometriosis is a hormone-dependent disorder characterized by endometrium growth outside the uterus. Typical symptoms include pain and infertility.

Endometriosis affects approximately 10% women and nearly a half of infertile women are diagnosed with it. The aim of this talk is to present gynecological physiotherapy that focuses on treating imbalances in the pelvis area as additional method of treating endometriosis symptoms by a case report.
