Abstract
The publications thesis deals with the legal issues related to the status of the state of Israel. These questions had to be specified within the scope of the topic in order to find possible answer or answers within the scope of the thesis.
The thesis is focused on the position of the State of Israel. The author dealt with legal events related to its establishment, issues related to the legal status of Jerusalem, exploring whether Palestine is a state from the perspective of the international law and finally the state of Israels conduct in relation to the parts of the territory that are subject to dispute between the State of Israel and Palestine.
