This interview was conducted by the DTK journal Editor-in-Chief, Veronika Čapská, with Professor Peter Burke of Emmanuel College, University of Cambridge. It focuses on recent trends and interdisciplinary approaches in the study of history and current research projects of Peter Burke.
The interview addresse the shift from historical anthropology to transcultural microhistory and global history, the research in the history of diasporas and the history of knowledge, translation history, the history of research collaboration between Peter Burke and Central European, mainly Polish, historians.
