Abstract
The model samples of zanamivir solution (10 and 20 mg/3 ml) for nebulization represent the project outcomes. The model samples of both strengths are isotonic and sterile, of pH approximately 6.5, and they are considered suitable for the administration using nebulizers.
Stability, photostability and sterility are guaranteed for a minimum of 1 month under storage conditions at room temperature and in the absence of light. The functional sample meets the pharmacopoeial requirements for inhalants used in human medicine.
