Abstract

In recent years, the position of the injured party and decisions on compensation for damage or non-pecuniary damage or on the issuance of unjust enrichment in adhesion proceedings by the legislator, as well as court practice, have received increased attention. This is evidenced by repeated amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code regarding the position of the injured party and the court's decision in adhesion proceedings.
